- Utilize Strategic Sourcing methods with our cutting-edge CRM/ATS, alongside leveraging your own network and our proprietary communications tools.
- Maximize Our Platform to oversee candidates, organize outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and maintain a structured workflow.
- Emphasize Permanent Placements that yield substantial long-term advantages for clients and lucrative commissions for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership efforts that both elevate our brand and yours.

- 2 to 3+ years of relevant agency recruiting or consultative sales experience.
