SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules. Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Serving as a mentor, developing employees and encouraging workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements Full‑time schedule; must be able to work nights/overnights. Previous supervisor experience required. Location: 9201 University City Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28223 (online applications only). However, depending on business needs, you may be required to work year‑round, potentially at a different location during break periods.
