Airmen Ministry Coordinator

Airmen Ministry Coordinator

LOCATION: Barksdale Air Force Base, LA Position: Part-time (up to 30 hours/week) Duties:

  • Plan and coordinate weekly and monthly ministry, social, service, and faith-based events
  • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for all ministry activities
  • Develop annual calendar and budget; maintain event and volunteer records
  • Promote events through social media, base meetings, and physical marketing
  • Attend chapel staff meetings and submit activity reports

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of ministry experience with young adults in a military setting
  • Experience in volunteer coordination, event planning, and budget management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
