Onboarding & Orientation Specialist
The CORE Institute
The CORE Institute in Phoenix is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to manage new hire activities from offers to orientation. You will coordinate with hiring managers, complete background checks, drug screens, I-9 verifications, and ensure all paperwork is accurately filed in the HR system. You will schedule onboarding, deliver weekly in-person orientations and virtual trainings, maintain employment records, and support employees through the transition while upholding confidentiality and #J-18808-Ljbffr The CORE Institute
