Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Landscape Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, support contract renewals, and sell landscape enhancement services. This position works closely with commercial property managers, HOAs, and field operations teams to deliver exceptional service and grow accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct property inspections and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate solutions with operations teams.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on enhancement proposals.
- Support contract renewals and account retention.
- Ensure quality standards are met on assigned properties.
- Track proposals, leads, and customer communications using company software.
- Assist with business development and new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Landscape Account Manager experience required.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Experience in commercial or residential landscaping, HOA management, or property management preferred.
