Senior Business AnalystSeeking a senior level Business Analyst to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.The essential functions of this role are as follows:Assists in the development of technical standards and policies to meet the customers, peers, and organizationRecommends and facilitates quality improvement effortsFormulates and defines system scopes and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of user needs and business systems and industry requirementsCreates process change through the integration of new processes with existing ones and communication of changes to impacted Business Systems teamsEstablishes and maintains strategic partnerships with assigned customers in order to help them meet their business and technical needsParticipates in the development of strategic plans based on customer needsAnalyzes business and user needs, document requirements and devises new technical business system solutions, or revises existing system logic difficulties as necessaryDevelops or modifies moderately complex information or telecommunication systems processesFacilitates the delivery of technical business solutions and products to customersManages the expectations of customers, peers, vendors, and managementRequired Skills:Experience with business requirements gatheringData AnalysisAbility to manage logistical tasks such as anticipating work necessary to accomplish goals and strong attention to detailsAbility to plan work and meet projects deadlinesAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and capacity to work in a team environmentCurrent knowledge in best practices in the field of business analysis and information systems designStrong documentation and writing experienceAbility to establish good rapport with subject matter experts
