Help Keep Cash Flow Moving for a Growing Manufacturing BusinessA growing manufacturing and distribution company in Vista is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts, cash application, billing, and collections support. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys combining accounting with customer communication. You'll work with Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting to resolve account issues and make sure payments are applied accurately and on time.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and distribute customer invoicesPost and apply daily customer paymentsReconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepanciesMonitor aging reports and identify past-due balancesContact customers regarding outstanding invoicesResearch short pays, deductions, credits, and unapplied cashProcess account adjustments and credit memosMaintain accurate customer account recordsPartner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve billing issuesPrepare weekly AR and aging reportsAssist with month-end close and account reconciliations
