ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

Basic knowledge of GD&T Understand dimensional tolerance Basic knowledge of inspection equipment Basic knowledge of tool gage building Reading and understanding material/chemical certifications Scanning and Document management of all business records Entering NCR’s into an Access Database Reporting weekly open NCR’s to the Quality Team and Managers for review Assist Quality Engineers in location documents to build cert packages Conduct inspection using various types of gages. Learn to build gages and tooling. Conduct inspection for receiving, final, in process and first pieces. Write NCR’s when finding nonconforming product. Learn to navigate through company folders to find requirements. Read and accept certifications. Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 30 lbs.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma

SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS:

Windows Operating system and Windows Office proficiency is required. Demonstrated ability to work well at all levels of the organization. Must be detailed-oriented, motivated and deal with changing priorities. Must be able to stand, walk for long periods and lift heavy items. Willingness to learn pay range: $20.00 to $25.00 Please note that the salary range information is only applicable to California.
