The opportunity: Seeking emergency department/urgent care center physician assistants and nurse practitioners. One (1) year of EM experience is preferred but will consider a new grad with multiple EM rotations. Will consider urgent care experience. Providers will cross credential at Southlake Campus. Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, BLS, and PALS are preferred. Current IN state license is a plus.

The practice – a dual-hospital system:

• Methodist Hospital Northlake Campus – Gary, Indiana
• Methodist Hospital Southlake Campus – Merrillville, Indiana
• 582-bed hospital. Methodist Hospital provides the following services: Behavioral Health Services, Cardiovascular Services, NeuroScience Institute, Interventional radiology and neuro-radiology, Oncology Institute, Trauma Service and much more!
• Methodist Hospitals received Magnet recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Each ED has an annual ED volume of 33K+ Voted best hospital in Lake County by Post-Tribune readers.
