Sales Assistant

Supporting the Children's Sales team, the full-time Sales Assistant will manage daily tasks for Barnes & Noble and Canadian retailers, prepare sales materials for presentations, and track sales projects while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist the Barnes & Noble and Canada managers with daily operational tasks Prepare and distribute sales materials for monthly calls and seasonal presentations Create and share daily and weekly sales reports with National Account Managers Required qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly Excel Some professional experience in publishing or bookselling preferred College degree preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
