The ideal candidate will have computer proficiency, basic accounting knowledge, and strong customer service skills. Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant: Perform general office duties to support daily operations. Apply basic accounting skills to assist with financial record-keeping. Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues. Manage communications and coordinate office activities. Maintain organized and accurate records. Support team members with administrative tasks as needed. Required Experience/Skills for the Accounting Assistant: Proficiency in common computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office). Basic accounting knowledge and skills. Strong customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work effectively in a small, dynamic office environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Accounting Assistant: Experience with accounting software or bookkeeping tools.
