Founding GTM Engineer

United States | Hybrid or Remote | Full-time The role You'll design and build the go-to-market systems that win mindshare and grow our top of funnel. You generate high-impact ideas and turn them into working GTM motions quickly. We value speed, clarity, and leverage. What you'll own Modern GTM systems Evergrid's go-to-market and sales engineering workflows. Automations across HubSpot, Make.com , Clay, and internal tools. Prototypes of new outbound, inbound, and qualification workflows. Replacing manual sales work with automation and AI-driven processes. Fast tests of GTM ideas, and scaling the ones that work. Modern AI models (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, and others) as building blocks. Workflows for prospect research, personalization, account mapping, and follow-up. AI-assisted systems for founder-led sales and enterprise deal support. Agent-style workflows that cut time-to-meeting and time-to-close. Sales engineering and deal support Technical context and clear customer-facing explanations for live deals. Simple, compelling stories about GPU and cloud infrastructure. Pilots, proofs of concept, and custom enterprise deal flows. The bridge between sales, founders, and infrastructure teams. Iteration and optimization Finding friction in the sales process and building systems that remove it. Tracking what works and iterating on real results. Feedback loops between GTM data and execution. Documentation that makes successful experiments repeatable. What you bring Strong systems thinking with a bias toward experiments and execution. Comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to learn quickly. Experience with automation platforms such as HubSpot, Make.com , Zapier, or APIs. Heavy use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini) to speed up ideation and execution. Technical curiosity and the ability to learn complex products. Clear written and verbal communication. High ownership. Bonus Exposure to enterprise or technical sales. Experience selling to enterprise and AI-native cloud, neocloud, or GPU cluster buyers. A background in startups or fast-moving environments. Basic scripting or API experience.
