In addition, Palmetto Bluff has an extensive nature preserve, walking trails, retail shopping, art gallery, and a vibrant village, all which pay homage to the region's rich heritage.The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for maintaining, controlling, and balancing the club member accounts. This position fully understands and enforces standard operating procedures relating to member billing and reporting. The Accounts Receivable Clerk supports the finance team within areas of credit reconciliation, collections, and billing. Other benefits include a 401(k) Plan, with an employer matching contribution, paid life & disability coverage, and more.Job duties include, although are not limited to:Oversee All Member Accounts ReceivableResearching and responding to credit card merchant retrievals and charge backs in a prompt manner, filing responses for future referencePromptly responding to inquiries dailyPost Member Payments from bank to member accountsMonthly Statement generation and mailingManage AR Aging and CollectionsMaintain up to date ACH routing information on member accountsProvide Real Estate with current and pro-rated club balances for closingsAssist with Dues ReconciliationManage Cash BankQualifications:High School or equivalent education required. Bachelor's Degree preferredPrevious experience in Accounts Receivable preferredExcellent organizational skills requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills requiredPhysical Demands:Performing the duties of this job. Most work tasks are performed indoors.Temperature is moderate and controlled by club environmental systems.Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 8 hours a day.Walking and standing are occasionally required.
