We tackle the most complex challenges to unlock new frontiers for human progress, fortify national security, and protect critical assets to lead in the race for technological and operational superiority from ground to space.The Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing projects from concept to completion, ensuring all phases are managed effectively, while developing customer relationships, coordinating with technical teams, and providing comprehensive project reporting.The position reports to the VP of Project & Mission Management and is part of the Program Management department.In this role, the essential functions are:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project executionManage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniquesTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goalsIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and dependenciesCommunicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadershipFacilitate meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectivesEnsure resource availability and allocationMaintain comprehensive project documentationManage relationships with clients and stakeholdersPerform post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvementIf your experience aligns with our basic qualifications and you are inspired by our mission, we'd like to connect.
