IS THIS YOU?

• You have F&I, desk management, or finance experience at a franchised dealership - you understand deal structure, product penetration, lender relationships, and compliance, and you deliver a finance office experience that leaves guests feeling respected rather than pressured

• You're disciplined with the menu, clean on compliance, and you understand that a Mercedes-Benz buyer who just committed to a six-figure purchase is evaluating you the entire time they're sitting across the desk

• You're ready to bring that expertise to a Best of the Best Mercedes-Benz flagship where the average transaction is a six-figure vehicle purchase - and the Finance Manager who earns a high-net-worth buyer's trust through honesty and professionalism earns $180,000+ accordingly

WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville is Swickard's flagship Oregon location and a consistent Best of the Best Mercedes-Benz store - one of the highest designations the brand awards. The Finance Manager here works with a high-net-worth buyer base that is informed, deliberate, and deeply attentive to how they're treated throughout the purchase process. These are buyers who do their research, know their options, and remember every detail of how the finance office handled them - for better or for worse.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Present and sell finance, lease, and protection products to every guest using a consistent, compliant menu process - every deal, every time

• Structure deals accurately and efficiently - working with lenders to maximize approval rates and present options that genuinely serve each guest's financial situation

• Build and maintain productive lender relationships - understanding programs, tier structures, and available financing options across Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and the broader luxury lending portfolio

• Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements - Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and all applicable documentation and disclosure standards

• Partner with sales management to ensure clean, complete deal packages and fast funding timelines

• Deliver a finance office experience that closes the guest's purchase the same way it opened - with honesty, clarity, and genuine respect for their time and their investment

• Maintain accurate deal documentation and DMS records throughout every transaction

• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz Financial Services programs, luxury lender relationships, product offerings, and compliance requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of F&I manager experience at a franchised dealership - required. Experienced desk managers or sales managers with strong deal structure and finance product knowledge will be considered

• Luxury or Mercedes-Benz F&I experience a meaningful advantage - familiarity with high-net-worth buyer behavior, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services programs, and the expectations of a sophisticated ownership community accelerates effectiveness from day one

• Consistent menu compliance and strong product penetration track record - VSC, GAP, and protection product performance that reflects a disciplined, guest-first approach

• Working knowledge of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services - rate subvention programs, lease pull-ahead structures, MBFS tier criteria, and how to position financing options that work for high-net-worth buyers with complex financial profiles

• Deep knowledge of dealership compliance requirements - Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and state-specific documentation standards

• Polished, composed communicator - Mercedes-Benz buyers are sophisticated and the Finance Manager who earns their trust does so through professionalism, transparency, and genuine expertise

• Prior DMS experience preferred - familiarity with platforms such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, Tekion, or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WHAT WE OFFER

• OTE of $72,000 - $180,000+/yr

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

• Paid time off and paid holidays

• Career growth - strong Finance Managers at Swickard grow into Finance Director and variable ops leadership roles across a 40+ rooftop organization

• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

WHY MERCEDES-BENZ OF WILSONVILLE

• A Best of the Best Mercedes-Benz flagship with a loyal, high-net-worth ownership community - the buyers here are repeat purchasers who refer their network to the people who treated them right, and that dynamic builds a finance office reputation that sustains top-of-range earnings year over year

• Mercedes-Benz Financial Services provides one of the strongest manufacturer finance platforms in the luxury segment - competitive rate programs, lease structures, and a broad product portfolio that gives the Finance Manager real tools to close deals that work for sophisticated buyers
