We are looking to fill positions immediately!The RoleAs a Medical Scribe, you'll be the physician's right hand—responsible for accurately documenting patient encounters, medical histories, orders, and test results. Your attention to detail ensures our patients receive seamless, high-quality care.ResponsibilitiesTranscribe patient medical reports and data accurately and thoroughlyDocument medical history, physician orders, and lab/test resultsAccompany physicians during patient visits to capture real-time informationMaintain Hospitality Health ER's guiding principles of careAssist physicians by carrying out orders efficiently and accuratelyDemonstrate initiative and self-direction in supporting providersCommunicate professionally with patients, families, and team membersPerform additional duties as assigned by the Medical DirectorRequirements & QualificationsEducation: 2 years of college in a healthcare-related field (preferred)Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminologyTraining: Successful completion of clinical orientation and proven skillsGrowth: Commitment to ongoing education and trainingExperience: Customer service experience in high-volume, high-stress environmentsSchedule: PRN (as needed) – minimum of two (2) 12-hour shifts per month, including rotating nights and weekends (Saturday & Sunday)Skills: Ability to work unsupervised, take initiative, and collaborate effectivelyPay & BenefitsNight shift differential401(k) with company matchAdditional benefits for full-time employeesJob description statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this job title.
