Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Part-Time

CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking PT Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or experienced Physician Assistants to provide telemedicine medication management. CHE is a clinician-led organization serving 100,000+ patients across 800+ facilities in 11+ states.

What You'll Do

• Virtual Patient Assessments: Conduct phone, video, or secure messaging consultations to review patient symptoms, adherence, and medication side effects

• Medication Review & Adjustment: Evaluate current prescriptions, check for drugdrug or drugfood interactions, and adjust regimens as needed under provider direction

• Documentation: Accurately record patient interactions, medication changes, and follow-up plans in electronic health records

• Patient Education: Provide clear, accessible instructions on proper medication use, storage, and timing; explain potential side effects and when to seek help

Qualifications

MSN Psychiatric/Mental Health; ANCC PMHNP certification
Experience in psychotropic medication management
Active DEA
(Optional) Family Nurse Practitioners with 35 years of psych experience will be considered
