Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Our client, a leader in analytical instruments, life science reagents, laboratory equipment, and pharmaceutical services, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join their team. As a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations team supporting cross-functional order fulfillment and customer delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work with others, and a commitment to following standard operating procedures which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Madison, WI

Pay Range: $23

Shift: Days (03:00-05:00)

What's the Job?

Follow the Buyer/Planner schedule to meet customer shipping commitments.
Plan and execute a dynamic shipping schedule, balancing quantity and model mix of customer orders.
Perform final configuration of customer orders, including coordinating timely software pulls for customer computer loading and assembling select line items.
Use MRP SAP to complete inventory transfers and transactions accurately and on time.
Identify orders with incorrect configurations and escalate or recommend changes to the Buyer/Planner; support and back up related order configuration processes.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 5 years in a comparable warehouse/shipping/receiving environment.
At least one year of manufacturing experience.
Ability to work with others and contribute as a team player.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
