Deposit SpecialistOne of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for a Deposit Specialist located in Dallas, TX.Position Summary: The Deposit Specialist manages the daily processing, maintenance, and reconciliation of community bank deposit accounts. This role ensures operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and exceptional backend support for branch staff and customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Transaction Processing: Execute daily ACH files, wire transfers, remote deposit captures, and lockbox transactions accurately.Account Reconciliation: Balance daily teller work, general ledger accounts, clearing accounts, and ATM transactions to resolve discrepancies.Exception Item Management: Review and process daily non-sufficient funds (NSF) items, stop payments, and chargebacks.Fraud & Risk Mitigation: Monitor account activity for potential fraud, handle debit card disputes, and process legal levies or garnishments.Quality Control: Review new account documentation and maintenance reports to ensure strict compliance with banking regulations (e.g., Reg CC, Reg E, BSA).Customer Support: Provide secondary support to frontline staff and commercial clients regarding online banking and complex deposit issues.
