CNC Machine Operator - 1st Shift - $18/hr to start - opportunity to make up to $22/hr after hire in! (Holland, MI)

Join a leader in precision machined components ! We're hiring CNC Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Holland, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hands-on individuals who want to gain experience in metal machining and precision manufacturing across several industries.

Shift & Pay

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Location: Holland, MI

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload CNC machines with precision and efficiency
Monitor machine operations and ensure parts meet quality standards
Inspect fixtures and parts before and after machining
Move between multiple machines depending on project needs

Qualifications

Previous CNC machine operation experience required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
