At a Glance Company: HG Medical USA LLC Location: Holland, MI Job Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $21 – $25 per hour (based on experience) Shifts Available: A Shift: Mon–Thu | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM B Shift: Sun–Wed | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM ( +15% shift premium ) C Shift: Fri–Sun | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ( paid for 40 hours ) D Shift: Thu–Sat | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ( paid for 40 hours + 15% premium ) Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level (1–2 years) Overtime: Built into select shift schedules --- Why This Role Exists HG Medical continues to expand its orthopedic implant and surgical instrument production to support growing demand in the medical device industry. This CNC Turning Operator role is critical to maintaining precision, quality, and consistency in the manufacturing of life-impacting medical components.
