Community Disaster Program Manager

The American National Red Cross

The American National Red Cross in Miami is seeking a Supervisor, Disaster Services to lead the disaster program. This role includes supervising staff and volunteers, engaging communities, and coordinating disaster relief operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience. Strong communication skills and bilingual proficiency in Spanish are preferred, along with the ability to effectively engage with diverse groups.
