Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting, managing patients ranging from Observation to IMC acuity levels
• Float across multiple adult health units within a large multi-campus health system as part of a resource float pool
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in expanded care areas including ED overflow and PACU spaces accommodating adult health patients with inpatient orders
• Adapt quickly to varying unit environments and patient populations across two hospital campuses
• Complete required learning modules prior to and during the assignment to maintain compliance

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, with no disciplinary actions on record; license must be verified within the last 30 days
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required to verify non-Arizona residency; Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience is highly preferred
• Experience working in large, high-acuity academic medical centers or Level I Trauma facilities
• Flexibility with unit assignments, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
