About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff/Investment Strategist to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting business development, with a focus on preparing investor presentation materials, conducting market research, and nurturing investor relationships. This role also involves close collaboration with the CEO on both internal and external communications, as well as managing and responding to various investment-related requests. The Chief of Staff/Investment Strategist will be expected to have a strong background in investor relations or product specialist roles within the asset management or hedge fund industry, and a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. Applicants for the Chief of Staff/Investment Strategist position at the company should possess at least 3 years' of experience in a relevant role, exceptional analytical and Excel skills, and a solid understanding of quantitative finance, the systematic investment process, portfolio solutions, and public returns. The role requires a candidate with strong communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with senior leadership, and familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Dynamo. The ideal candidate will be proactive, ambitious, and eager to contribute to the firm's growth and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities also include working on ad hoc projects, industry whitepapers, and portfolio allocation matters, as well as monitoring industry developments and emerging investment themes.
