License/Certs: ASHA Certification required
Experience: Prior LTC experience preferred
Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for long-term care patients
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Participate in team meetings and facility protocols
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA Certification)
- Missouri license or ability to obtain one
- Prior experience working with LTC patients
Preferred:
- Experience in a long-term care setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
About the Assignment This role involves assessing and treating patients in a long-term care facility, providing leadership within the rehabilitation team, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will work in a supportive environment dedicated to enhancing patient quality of life through expert speech-language therapy.
