Speech Pathologist - OP Therapy Teleservices - PRN

Position Facility: Remote. Missouri location: 1423 North Jefferson Avenue, Springfield, Missouri 65802. Department: OP Therapy Teleservices. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30 hours, variable (school hours/as needed). Work Shift: Day Shift. Job Summary Speech-language pathologists assess, diagnose, treat, and help prevent speech, language, social communication, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults. They develop or implement treatment plans for issues including stuttering, delayed language, swallowing disorders, inappropriate pitch or harsh voice problems, and social communication disorders. Job Responsibilities Provide high‑quality speech teletherapy services to rural school districts and healthcare patients. Partner with contracted rural schools to deliver school‑based speech therapy while offering direct teletherapy care to CoxHealth outpatients. All services are delivered remotely, allowing clinicians to maintain meaningful connections with students and patients from home. Job Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology/Communicative Disorders and Sciences (Required) Prior one year hospital/health care related experience (Preferred) Good clinical expertise, human relations skills, and organizational skills (Required) Self‑motivated, able to work independently with little direct supervision (Required) Demonstrated interest in professional growth through continuing education workshops and application of new principles or techniques (Required) Good communication skills and a positive attitude (Required) License of Speech Therapy active in the state of Missouri; CCC or CFY candidate (Required) Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, Retirement with Employer Match and more for 20+ hrs/week.
