Leasing Agent (JN -072026-425336) Corona, California Salary: USD22 - USD24 per hour Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant for a Multifamily property located in California. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about real estate and customer service, with a focus on leasing and property management. The position is based in a vibrant community, providing a rewarding opportunity to work within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Assist prospective residents with inquiries and provide tours of available units. Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new residents. Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant interactions, and property conditions. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the property is well-maintained and all units are ready for occupancy. Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive community atmosphere. Support marketing efforts to attract new residents and retain existing ones. Ensure compliance with all applicable housing regulations and property policies. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent education. Experience with Yardi software is required. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Knowledge of affordable housing, HUD, LIHTC, or senior housing programs is a plus.
