Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with warranty inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns related to defects or damages in products. Communication will be via phone and email. Review and process warranty claims, ensuring that they meet the company’s warranty guidelines and policies. Help customers troubleshoot issues with products, providing solutions or guidance on how to resolve problems. Provide advice on proper care and cleaning of MTI products Collaborate with the production, sales, and logistics teams to resolve issues, such as defective products or shipping errors. Coordinate product replacements or repairs as part of the warranty process, ensuring timely resolutions.
