# Job Opportunity – Charge Nurse RN, Progressive Care Unit / Neuro PCU – Texas**Start Date:** July 20, 2026 **Location:** Arlington, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Full-time rotating shifts with rotating weekends; 4–5:1 patient ratio; PCU setting

Highlights:

• Progressive Care Unit with specialized neuro patient population serving 19 beds
• Charge nurse role with leadership responsibility over multidisciplinary team
• Day shift team includes 1 charge, 5 nurses, 2 PCTs, and 1 HUC; Night shift includes 1 charge, 5 nurses, and 2 PCTs
• EMR system: Meditech
• Rotating float to PCU and Med/Surg units as needed
• Rotating weekend schedule

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas (or eligibility for licensure)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) clinical competency required
• Demonstrated charge nurse or leadership experience required
• Neuro patient care experience strongly preferred
