Hiring for MIG and TIG Welders - 1st Shift

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Regular OT available, often working until 4:30 PM-5:30 PM)

Join a growing company that designs, builds, and installs custom dust collection and ventilation systems for heavy manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on custom-fabricated ventilation and dust collection components using thin gauge carbon steel, stainless steel, and galvanized materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints to complete layout, fitting, tacking, and welding of seams and assemblies.
• Fabricate and assemble ductwork and sheet metal components using galvanized 14-16 gauge materials.
• Operate fabrication equipment including shears, press brakes, rollers, grinders, saws, and other sheet metal machinery.
• Measure, inspect, and verify parts using tape measures and prints to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Support fabrication operations as needed while maintaining production and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of TIG welding experience in a custom fabrication environment.
• Strong experience working with thin gauge sheet metal.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Excellent measuring and layout skills.
• Willingness to work overtime on a consistent basis.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
