We provide premium maintenance, installation, and repair service of heating and cooling systems for both residential homeowners and commercial properties. We are family owned and operated and continue to support our community with our family tradition of honesty, quality, and value.
We're looking for a HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team:
This is a pivotal position in our office and the initial contact with our customers and requires someone with excellent customer service skills, and high attention to detail .
Position: HVAC Service Dispatcher
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience + commissions
Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm | On-Call rotation

What You Will Be Doing:
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintain the Service Technicians' daily schedules and verifying all information as each job is closed out
- Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in for repairs.
- Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians.
- Maintain customer database with current information.
- Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers
- Job costing and some project & labor management.
- Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years of related experience in an office setting, dispatching, scheduling, or project coordination (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), MS Outlook, and Adobe.
- Experience with CRM databases
- HVAC or similar industry experience - Desired
- Geographical knowledge of Dallas area
