Compassionate Part-Time Caregiver

We are seeking a  compassionate, dependable, and caring caregiver to provide approximately 12 hours of assistance per week to an individual who needs support with daily activities while also benefiting from companionship and meaningful quality time.

The ideal caregiver will be patient, attentive, respectful, and genuinely interested in helping create a comfortable, safe, and positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with  Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including:
• • Bathing and personal hygiene
  • Dressing and grooming
  • Toileting and continence care, as needed
  • Mobility and transferring assistance
  • Meal preparation and assistance with eating, as appropriate
  • Light housekeeping related to the individual's care
• Provide  companionship and emotional support
• Spend meaningful  quality time together , including conversation, games, reading, music, walks, hobbies, or other activities the individual enjoys
• Encourage independence while providing assistance when needed
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Provide reminders for daily routines and appointments, as appropriate
• Observe and communicate any changes in mood, behavior, or overall well-being to the appropriate family member or care team
• Treat the individual with  dignity, patience, kindness, and respect at all times

We are looking for dedicated individuals who have a passion and heart for caregiving with leadership skills for employee support. Must be a self educator who likes to problem solve.
