Accounts & Social Media Manager

Do you have a passion for Account Management and all things Social Media? We are currently seeking candidates to fill an exciting hybrid role as Accounts & Social Media Manager. We are considering all levels of experience from two years of experience through more senior level candidates. To be considered, you must have agency or in house marketing experience. Here is who we're looking to find: Incredibly detail-oriented, self-starter skillset Ability to ignite internal and external next steps on projects and follow ups Eagerness to schedule meetings, take notes and keep the to-do lists on track Agile and able to multi-task Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Proficient in all mainstream social channels (all Meta platforms, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter/X) in a Mac-based environment Proven track record of growing social engagement, conversation and follower base Up-to-date on best social media practices to increase effectiveness and maximize metrics through reach and frequency Forward thinker who can bring new social media ideas to the table Experience tracking and monitoring social media channels and communications Experience with organic and paid social media Ready to collaborate with the agency as an authentic, true team player Someone who is ready to jump in and do whatever it takes to deliver successful outcomes Understanding, or experience with, media planning or buying workflows is a plus. Project trafficking is also a plus. About Prager Creative Prager Creative is a small creative agency based in downtown NYC. We work with small to mid size clients. Our clients live within the financial, insurance, product and health care business verticals. We work in all mediums to help solve our clients’ business challenges and objectives including: broadcast, print, mail, all things digital, video out-of-home and of course, social media. We manage marketing, advertising and branding initiatives. Project deliverables range from highly strategic campaigns to flyers with way too many words (and everything in between).
