Director of Clinical Operations Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established multi-site provider of Hospice services. They have a current opening for a Director of Clinical Operations located in the Richmond, VA areaThis person will oversee all hospice clinical operations. Hospice leadership experience is a must. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply!

Director of Clinical Operations Job Requirements

Medicare Hospice leadership experience.
Expert knowledge of Hospice rules and regulations.
Registered Nurse required.

Director of Clinical Operations Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day hospice clinical operations.
Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
Mentor and train staff on best practices

The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position. Our client does offer a competitive compensation package potentially including incentives, health and dental insurance, PTO, retirement plans and opportunities for professional development.
