divh2Front Desk Treatment Coordinator (Full-Time)/h2pOur team at Main Street Dentistry is looking for an upbeat and friendly full-time Front Desk Treatment Coordinator who has a passion for helping others!/ppThe Front Desk Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and efficiently resolving any issues. This includes welcoming and greeting patients, handling patient check-ins and check-outs, verifying patient information and insurance coverage, processing payments, answering incoming calls, and providing assistance to team members, when necessary, all while maintaining a high level of service for patients./ppThe Front Desk Treatment Coordinator will be responsible but not limited to, the following:/pulliCheck-In patients/liliCollect monies/co-pays due prior to services/liliUpdate patient chart, as required/liliCheck-Out patients/liliConfirm treatment plans/liliMake follow-up appointments/liliAnswer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism/liliComplete daily overview of upcoming patient appointments/liliCall and confirm all scheduled patient appointments/liliAssist with recall Reports, missed and cancelled lists and treatment plan reports to try and fill in cancellation and no-show appointment times/liliMaintain service logs and clinic logs on a daily basis/liliAssist with insurance verification, as needed/liliAssist front office supply inventory needs/li/ulpBenefits:/pulliFull time team members qualify for Medical/Dental/Optical Insurance coverage after 90 days/liliOpportunities for growth/liliFamily oriented with weekends off/liliSchedule: Monday to Friday. 7:00 am to 4:00 pm/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliExperience in a medical or dental office setting preferred/liliStrong interpersonal skills and communication/liliCustomer-service oriented/liliReliable and collaborative team-member/li/ul/div
