• M - F, 8 am - 5 pm -- open to 4-day week schedule
• 18 - 20 patients per day
• Seeing all ages
• Standard primary care procedures -- vaccines, cold and flu, and more
• Hospital privileges required
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
