COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST

Were seeking a Collections Specialist to manage client accounts, collect payments, and ensure timely resolution of billing issues. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy building strong client relationships, this role is perfect for you! Key Duties & Responsibilities Confirm payments for assigned customers for fence, sanitation and storage containers.Collect payments for past due and assist customer with billing issues or problems preventing payment.Process credit card and check payments from customers.Maintain the relationship between Viking and the customer.Other duties as assigned. Compensation & Benefits Annual Compensation based on experience.Opportunities for bonus incentives.Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance options with a portion of health insurance paid by Viking.Voluntary Life/AD&D, STD, Accident and Critical Illness options.Matching 401(k) Retirement plan.Paid time off and 8 paid holidays per year.
