Collaborative culture that encourages innovation, ownership, and professional development. What You'll Be Doing Lead the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Review financial statements, account reconciliations, and key accounting activities. Manage, coach, and develop accounting staff while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Partner with business leaders to analyze financial performance and provide meaningful business insights. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability reporting. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and increase operational efficiency. Support cross-functional initiatives, strategic projects, and executive reporting. Drive consistency, accuracy, and best practices across financial operations. What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Progressive accounting experience with prior leadership or supervisory responsibilities (or someone ready to step into a leadership role). Strong understanding of financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, and financial analysis. Experience leading projects, improving processes, and partnering with operational stakeholders. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. A proactive, solutions-oriented professional who enjoys mentoring others and making an impact.
