Penetration Tester

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and cybersecurity sector, is seeking a Penetration Tester to join their team. As a Penetration Tester, you will be part of the Cybersecurity Department supporting the Security Operations and Red Team initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design and execute comprehensive adversarial testing campaigns against AI models, including large language models, multimodal systems, and autonomous agents.

• Research attack vectors and prompt injection techniques to identify vulnerabilities, jailbreaks, and unintended behaviors.

• Conduct red team exercises simulating real-world deployment scenarios and edge cases to evaluate security posture.

• Systematically probe for bias, toxicity, misinformation generation, and other harmful outputs across diverse contexts and demographics.

• Collaborate with security teams to perform red teaming activities, document findings, vulnerabilities, and provide remediation recommendations.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in penetration testing, red team operations, or AI Red Team activities.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Background in AI red teaming, offensive cyber operations, or cybersecurity testing.

• Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, cloud computing, and networking concepts.

• Proficiency with testing tools such as SPLX, Garak, TextAttack, PyRIT, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, Cobalt Strike, NMAP, sqlmap, or similar.
