Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Family & Community Engagement Manager! The Family & Community Engagement Manager is responsible for overseeing the program’s family engagement systems and ERSEA operations to ensure full enrollment, meaningful family participation, and high-quality service delivery. This role provides strategic leadership across recruitment, enrollment, family engagement, and community partnerships, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, systems improvement, and performance monitoring. The Manager ensures alignment with Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS), the Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework, and program goals by using real-time data to drive decision-making, strengthen outreach pipelines, and improve family outcomes.
