Medical Director Behavioral Health

Humana seeks a Medical Director, Behavioral Health to lead strategy, clinical quality, and outcomes across our behavioral health programs. In this role, you will guide evidence-based care, oversee utilization and care management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and providers to enhance access, equity, and member experience. You will leverage analytics and population health insights to improve quality, affordability, and integration of behavioral and physical health, while supporting an inclusive, member-focused culture and mentoring clinical teams.
