Physical Therapist - Mobile Outpatient Therapy Location: Vineland, NJ Contract: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week, Salaried. Salary: USD $80,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 per year. Bonus: USD $5,000.00. Responsibilities Primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for older adults. Evaluate, develop, and deliver individualized physical therapy programs. Identify and refer to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs. Instruct patients and caregivers in skills for independence. Maintain accurate clinical and billing documentation. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel as required. Attend staffing conferences and patient care meetings. Promote a safe environment and enforce safety hazards elimination. Order and maintain supplies and equipment. Screen, examine, evaluate patients, including history, systems review, and appropriate tests. Develop treatment goals and policies in collaboration with patients and caregivers. Implement therapeutic techniques: exercise, manual therapy, airway clearance, electrotherapy, modalities. Provide teaching on chronic disease management, falls assessment, and case management. Design, fabricate, fit, and train patients with adaptive devices. Perform routine reexaminations and adapt plans as needed. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy OR Master's in related field plus Bachelor's in PT OR Bachelor's in PT plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to patients’ residences. Member of APTA or similar professional association preferred. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
