We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist who thrives on organization, communication, and problem-solving to help ensure our products move efficiently through the supply chain.

In this role, you'll be a key member of the Operations team, supporting transportation and logistics activities that directly impact our customers, warehouse operations, and business partners. You'll help coordinate shipments, maintain accurate records, track deliveries, analyze data, and support continuous improvement efforts across the logistics function.

What You'll do:

As a Logistics Specialist, you'll help ensure the smooth flow of products and information throughout our transportation network by:

• Coordinating shipment activities and monitoring deliveries from origin to destination
• Maintaining accurate transportation, inventory, and shipment information within SAP and other business systems
• Preparing and managing shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and delivery schedules
• Tracking shipments and proactively identifying and resolving delays, discrepancies, or documentation issues
• Communicating shipment updates with customers, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders
• Coding invoices and supporting transportation-related financial processes
• Creating reports and analyzing logistics data to support operational decision-making
• Maintaining accurate shipping, receiving, and transportation records
• Supporting inventory reporting, record reconciliation, and cycle count documentation
• Assisting with departmental initiatives, process improvements, and special projects

• Maintain highly accurate transportation and operational records
• Help ensure shipments are delivered on time and issues are resolved quickly
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and transportation partners
• Provide meaningful reporting and insights that support business decisions
• Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with the ability to meet company driving requirements
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Associate degree or technical training
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, administration, customer service, or a related field
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience maintaining reports, records, and operational documentation
