Compensation Range: $50 - 53 per hour Location: Mettawa, Illinois Job Type: Contract Join a global Fortune 500 pharmaceutical leader to champion the operational framework of a critical patient support program. You will bridge the gap between high‑level cross‑functional strategy and structured execution by translating complex discussions into scalable workflows and executive‑ready documentation. This is a high‑visibility opportunity to establish organizational discipline and directly impact how life‑changing healthcare initiatives scale. Responsibilities Translate complex, cross‑functional strategies into structured, executable operating models and repeatable process systems. Design scalable workflows, comprehensive SOPs, and actionable training materials to enable seamless team execution. Document precise business requirements while meticulously tracking project milestones, decisions, and cross‑functional dependencies. Create executive‑ready artifacts and structured documentation systems to maintain consistency and version control at scale. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product, documentation, or technical writing, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector. Excellent ability to take complex information and make it easily readable for product managers and internal/external stakeholders. Advanced mastery of structured documentation management tools, SOP creation, and process‑mapping frameworks. Proven track record demonstrating exceptional written clarity, organizational discipline, and the ability to distill complex data into actionable summaries.
