Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Billing Specialist with a background in construction accounting to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting our commitment to excellence in project delivery. Your expertise will help streamline revenue cycle management and uphold our high standards of financial integrity. Responsibilities Prepare and process construction project invoices accurately using various accounting software -Sage. Maintain detailed records of billing activities, including journal entries, account analysis, and account reconciliation. Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve billing discrepancies through effective negotiation and customer service skills. Manage data entry tasks related to billing and receivable transactions with precision and efficiency. Assist with HR and Accounts payable Qualifications Proven experience in construction or corporate accounting, including accounts receivable functions. Strong knowledge of accounting software Excellent analysis skills coupled with attention to detail for accurate data entry and account analysis. Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette for client interactions. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
