Compensation: $48-51 / HR Business Analyst Requirements (5+ years) – 60% Translate documentation into clear, structured user stories that Development and QA teams can easily understand. Partner with senior-level business stakeholders; able to independently gather and refine requirements. Experience with custom-built solutions API knowledge (strong plus). Project Manager Requirements – 40% Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Familiarity with project management methodologies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills; responsible for status reporting, KPI tracking, and leading stand-ups for offshore Development and QA teams.
