Tech Lead - Software Engineer

Job Title: Java Tech Lead
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of frontend applications using Java 11.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the team.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
- Proficient in Java 11 with a strong understanding of object oriented programming principles.
- Experience in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience in leading development teams and managing project timelines.
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and frontend technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
