Work Environment

Our outpatient office is designed to facilitate a modern and comforting healthcare experience. Staff members work in a collaborative environment where communication and teamwork are paramount for delivering effective therapy. With a dynamic clinic setting, you will have access to the latest therapeutic equipment and resources that optimize patient engagement and recovery outcomes. The position is onsite, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for consistent patient care and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy by managing a full spectrum of therapeutic interventions for an assigned group of patients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs and develop customized care plans that focus on goal achievement, engagement, and positive therapeutic outcomes.
• Perform or supervise physical therapy treatments in accordance with established protocols, ensuring compliance with state laws and ethical standards.
• Implement rehabilitation programs that include a variety of techniques, exercises, and modalities aimed at improving patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, the use of assistive devices, and self-care strategies to promote independence.
• Prioritize your caseload effectively, coordinate team assignments, and maintain accurate documentation of progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Ability to obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of starting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to work with a collaborative, patient-focused team.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient management software is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits
