Our specialized experience includes design for data centers, healthcare, science and technology, high-rise buildings, clean energy, education, and other building types as well as structural and building sciences, infrastructure asset management, advanced robotics, and more.Our technical expertise is paired with an exceptional team of business development, human resources, finance and accounting, information technology, and marketing professionals, all of whom play a key role in bringing our commitments to life every day.Job Summary:Ensure planning for, and efficient use of, engineering resourcesMonitor and facilitate timely delivery of project deliverablesCalibrate deliverables to an appropriate level required by Industrial Ally standards and project needsManage client, supplier, and subcontractor expectations and coordinationDevelop, interpret, and maintain effort hour metricsResponsibilities:Management:Ensure timeliness of Project Kick Off Meetings, SMACC reviews, Project Close Out Meetings, and Project ReportingCollaborate and support weekly resource planningEngineering project scope managementCost forecastingFacilitate effective communication and information exchange between the project team (including owner, equipment suppliers, and subcontractors)Engineering:Develop engineering estimates and proposalsSupport and execute conceptual, preliminary, and detail engineeringDevelop project capital cost estimatesCommunication/Collaboration:Excellent communication skillsHighly organized and detail orientedPositive attitudeQualifications and Experience:Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or ManagementExperience: Five plus years' experience in engineering, preferably related to construction or heavy industrialTechnical Skills: Proficiency in using software to:Develop project schedules and track progress against milestones and deadlines.Develop project budgets and track status.Manage project meeting notes and follow-up lists.Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.Initiative: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.Location: Chesterfield, MOTravel: Minimal (less than 5%)Compensation & Benefits:The expected base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 USD per year.
