Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist license (required)
• Prior experience within a K-12 school setting is a strong plus
• Ability to supervise and mentor a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Comfortable providing services across multiple schools in a district
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Background in pediatric or school-based therapy is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to K-12 students throughout several district schools
• Evaluate student needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee and support a PTA, ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Travel locally between assigned schools to provide consistent support
